Tres Leche Bread Pudding.           8 cups brioche bread
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup natural cane sugar
4 eggs
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
                                            Preheat oven 325 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cut bread into cubes and place in dish. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, milk, cream, half and half, and pour over bread cubes and allow to soak for 10 minutes.

Place in preheated oven center shelf. Bake slowly for 45-50 minutes until a knife can be inserted and the tip comes out clean and top is brown.
